About the Role

We are looking for sales consultants to join our team who have a particular passion for and experience in working with brands and businesses across brand identity, culture building and innovation. You’ll be responsible for establishing potential client relationships and nurturing leads. Good communication skills are required and gaining confidence in brands that we can help them.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Recommend services to potential clients and partners based on their individual needs and what will bring the most value
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, and partners
  • Grow and build your knowledge of brand identity, culture building, and innovation
  • Establish and nurture relationships with current clients and partners
  • Find potential clients through networking, digital media and industry research
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as required
  • Communicate with your fellow internal teams to increase revenue

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has experience and/or passion in working with brands and businesses
  • Has experience in branding, culture building, and innovation (at any level)
  • Has the skillsets in developing and nurturing leads and researching potential clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis
  • Familiarity with relevant software, including ClickUp and ActiveCampaign
  • Ability to contact leads, complete sales and manage other tasks independently
  • Time management and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner
  • Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods
  • Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address client’s needs and concerns
  • Understanding we’re not here to make a quick sale but to lead long-term client partnerships
  • Is a fast learner to learn and get familiar with new products and services (as we bring them out)
