About the Role

We are looking for Social Media and Community managers to join our team who will live and breathe all things social and be the driving force of our social channels and online communities. You’ll be responsible for liaising with our creative, strategy, design and social teams. We are looking for someone with a passion and experience of building online communities, and has the ability to think strategically and influence others in a positive way. Knowledge across all social platforms, emerging trends and our mostly dominate business leader audience is required.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Working with our internal strategy and creative teams execute our social media strategy and channel activity
  • Ensure our social media strategy is aligned with our business goals and brand objectives
  • Manage day-to-day social activity, and engage in online conversations in our social community
  • Build and manage our “private” community by engaging in online conversations, replying to comments and being active
  • Review, analyse & report on social media performance, identifying trends & opportunities
  • Increase our engagement and conversation levels across all our social channels
  • Be at the forefront of all things social and in emerging trends within Social Media and our audience
  • Add value, support and a social perspective on up and coming business initiatives and meetings
  • The ability to lead and manage a team day-to-day with a keen focus on key metrics and results
  • Raise income/revenue from our social and private communities so we can continue to do what we love through our donations option

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has a passion for all things social and building online communities
  • Has excellent written communication skills
  • Has an understanding and the skills to build consumer attention across social platforms
  • Strong knowledge in Social Media strategy (influencer marketing a plus)
  • Ability to track, measure and feedback on social analytics and identify key learnings for the future
  • Responsible, accountable, deeply passionate about their own personal interests and hobbies
  • Kind, compassionate and empathetic because you love collaboration
  • Thrives working in a team and also independently
